Caption on back: Rose Administration Building, cut lines - Tuscaloosa. The new Administration Building on the Tuscaloosa campus stands next to the President's Mansion on University Boulevard, and will be ready for occupancy in January. The construction cost of the giant building is close to $2 million. It is to be named Frank Anthony Rose Hall.
