Mother, M.G. Nichols, writes to son, W. Hampton Nichols, about weather and acquiantances in San Diego; she makes many recommendations for her son's social agenda while he travels in Indianapolis and Detroit. Brother, Robert Nichols, also writes to Hampton Nichols concerning school work and employment prospects.

Biographical/Historical note

Hampton Nichols's mother, M.G., and brother, Robert, write to him from San Diego, California. Hampton Nichols is traveling for business purposes in Indianapolis and Detroit.
