Abstract:

Mary writes from Meredith, New York, to to her cousin in Nunda Station, Livingston County, New York. She describes the advanced illness of someone referred to as "Dr." A baby is also discussed.

Contains news from Mary to her cousin concerning Dr., who is very ill and expected to pass away. A baby is also discussed.

The name of the addressee has been removed from the envelope, but the letter is written to a cousin. The letter contains abbreviated grammar and a pair of minor spelling errors.
