This collection contains a letter from and two biographical sketches of the Andrew L. McWilliams family of Jefferson County, Alabama.
The letter to Thomas M. Owen, dated September 6 (no year given), indicates that Andrew McWilliams had spoken with Owen earlier in the year, and it expands on the family information McWilliams had given at that time.
Of the two biographical sketches (one dated "July 5/94"), one appears to be a rough draft of the other; each gives basically the same information.
