Biographical/Historical note
In 1876, S. A. Limentir was a resident of Springfield, Illinois.
Scope and Contents note
The collection contains a letter written by S. A. Limentir of Springfield, Illinois, to her sister-in-law, Sarah, about her children. Blanche has been sick with the Measles. She also mentions the purchase of the neighbor's farm and raising cattle.
The lined stationary is embossed with the image of a basket of flowers in the upper left corners.
