Scope and Contents note
This collection contains two letters from and to Lula Applegate. The first, sent by the alumni association of her alma mater, Simpson College, informed Lula of an upcoming "katabasis" reunion for the college's fraternities and sororities. The other letter was written by Lula to her sister Mary at prep school and mostly discusses the settling of various real estate deals and where the sisters would be living next.
