Biographical/Historical note

The Northport Study Club was established in 1926 and federated in 1927. The club's objective is intellectual development and civic improvement. Through the years, the club worked for civic and cultural improvements, made contributions to the library, community center, scholarships, the cemetery, and the Northport Centennial.
